Temporary accommodation for councils
Self-contained, furnished and certified homes for households you place under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996.
Who we are
Levant Property Hub Ltd is a London property company, set up in 2026. Temporary accommodation for local authorities is our first service, and we are building our first homes now. This page sets out what we offer, the standards we work to and how to reach us. We do not send unsolicited marketing: if our homes may be useful to you, please get in touch.
What we supply
Nightly-paid spot placements
Homes booked as and when you need them, invoiced per night.
Private sector leasing (PSL)
Homes leased to your council for a longer, agreed term.
- Self-contained: every home has its own front door, kitchen and bathroom.
- Furnished: ready for a household to move in.
- Certified: every safety certificate is in place before we offer the home.
Areas we are looking at first
- South and South East London: Southwark, Royal Greenwich, Lewisham, Croydon
- Kent and Medway: Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Dover, Gravesham, Swale, Medway, Tonbridge and Malling
We have no homes available to book in these areas yet. Tell us what you need, or if you need homes elsewhere, and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
The compliance pack with every home
- Gas safety certificate, renewed every year
- Electrical installation condition report (EICR), at least every five years
- Energy performance certificate (EPC) at or above the legal minimum
- Confirmation of smoke alarms on every floor and carbon monoxide alarms where the law requires them
- Furniture fire safety confirmation
- Legionella risk assessment
- Fire risk assessment, where one is required
- Property licence, where the local authority requires one
- Confirmation the home is free of HHSRS Category 1 hazards
- Dated, photographed check-in inventory
We welcome inspections by your officers before and during a placement, including any London inspection scheme your council uses.
How we respond
| Type | Our standard target |
|---|---|
| Emergency repair | Attend within 24 hours |
| Urgent repair | Within 5 working days |
| Routine repair | Within 28 days |
| Safeguarding concern or serious incident | Reported to the placing council within 24 hours |
Targets can be agreed differently for each arrangement. You get a named contact and a 24-hour line: 07956 365266. We do not end a placement ourselves. If there is a problem, we raise it with you and act through the council.
Invoicing, data and terms
- Invoicing: every four weeks in arrears, itemised by placement. Queries to [email protected].
- Data protection: registered with the ICO (ZC257954). We act as a separate controller under UK GDPR and use household information only to manage placements.
- Your terms come first: where your council has its own contract, framework or dynamic purchasing system (DPS) terms, those apply over our Supplier Terms of Business.
- Procurement: we are registering on council procurement portals. If your council buys through a particular portal or DPS, tell us and we will register there.
